Umm....with the alchemy marked (--)..does that meen yo just need to have any amount of skill in it??
Judging by the fact that it requires cermet....the alchemy skill required for this is somewhere around lvl 51~60, i forget the exact lvl when I made these, maybe 54~58?
Edit...clicked on cermet chunk link and there are 3 caps for the 3 recipies....last one does indeed cap at 60

It means the skill lvl needed in alchemy for this synth is unknown.
How can it still unknown after all this time though?

whats up with these things, i dont even know if u can equip them so y do the cursed items sell for at least a mil?
Cursed items are uncursed to make rare/ex armor pieces. To uncurse them you need a type of Abjuration, which for this armor is Martial, and can be dropped off Nidhogg to create Koenigs armor.
