Bone Quiver  

I don't believe these exist for several reasons... 1) listed by Auto-Collection, no screenshot; automatically suspect, since even really obscure items usually have at least one pic. 2) Not listed at Auction House (however, only checked at Windurst on Valefor server, could be wrong), so no one has ever bought or sold one of these even thought they would REALLY be useful. 3) The mithra with the circus who creates quivers will not accept bone arrows, so unless there is another way to make quivers I think this does not exist. I have the same experience with Bronze Bolt Quivers today. Please correct me if I'm wrong, as I have 8 stacks of bone arrows and 12 stacks of Bronze Bolts I was counting on being able to quiver based on the information on this site...

These are made by trading a stack of 99 arrows and a carnation to an NPC named Nokkhi Jinhjahl (a mithra) who travels to whatever country is ranking first in conquest that week.

When Bastok is in first, you can find Nokkhi sitting in front of the fountain in Port Bastok facing west. Look for the closed up tents on the N. Gusta side of the drawbridge, find the fire breathing galka and she's sitting watching the show.

When Sandy is in first, she was across from the entertainment troupe too. Given her statements when you talk to her, I expect that when Windy is in first she's likely next to the same fire breathing Galka and his troupe near the tree fountain in Windy Woods.
