this is BS i have been asked to make this item 2 times in 3 days for my GP's. how do you make an item that there is no recipe for and you can't buy it anywhere? WTF are they doing?

I first saw this on April Fool's Day. So I thought, LOL very funny SE lol ok, what the "real" item. I haven't even seen it on AH. This item blows...I want the recipe so bad so i can get rid of the nightmares ><

SE messed up. They have this requested as a Guild Point item, yet they never added a recipe.
I spoke with a GM who said he would file a report and that everyone concerned should submit a
"Problem Report" via POL so that it gets fixed.
