This is reallyyy sweet for the new weapons synthesis. Alchemic Ensorcellment is a required tool to make Brimstone and a couple other items. Brimstone is used in the Vulcan Blade and Vulcan sword recipe's, which are enhanced versions of the Flame Blade and Flame Sword. Koen, Prominence Axe, and Prominence Sword are also new weapons that require Brimstone. Alchemic Ensorcellment tool is also used for various other new item synthesis.

I believe this key item is used to upgrade certain items for the new en-enchanted items.
e.g. Firesand for the new Vulcan series of weapons.

Replace 'can' with 'battery', 'fan' or 'pump', and you have your alchemy-synthed enspell-in-a-can.
I doubt it would be an "en-spell in a can" or something. Back when CoP came out, a lot of guilds got "ensorcellment" key items. Mostly they were used to create materials that were "bewitched" or otherwise different.
The materials made with ensorcellment were generally enchanted items. So it's likely you'd be ma king those with alchemical ensorcellment.

From the sound of the name it sounds like it has something to do about making magic potions, maybe an "en-spell in a can"?
I want to know what this actually does, dont want to spend my Guild points on em yet
