The real JSE for DRK should have been the Sable Cuisses, same lvl, same +1 attk, but with Souleater enhancement...too bad its an NM drop. :/
None of these subligars appear to be paticularly useful. They're really only seem meant to be collected for the quest which gives a JSE body piece. DRKs reward is Gloom Breastplate which gives Souleater enhancement, and stacks nicely w/ the Sable Cuisses. Be glad Sables aren't part of this quest. Would you really want to be stuck using a Sable Subligar? (As all the pieces collected for this quest are subligars) :P And if it makes you feel any better, that same NM drops some JSE legs for me as well.
I'm just wondering... isint this dude an archer in the sky? Horse/man archer...

theres a number of these for multiple jobs, i dont even know why they make these items, for quest

Stupid theeser are for JSE quests and they have some kick-*** stats but you can turn theese in for a quest to get some awesome JSE armor
