Will it have same effect in off hand?
Anyone know if the effects stack? Just wondering, it'd be pretty sick.
This is what I've heard about the TP bonus:
If you're at 100%, the WS will fire as if you had 200%.
If you're at 200%, the WS will fire as if you had 300%.
If you're at 300%, there is no bonus.
I have not tested this myself nor have I seen anyone with the axe; this is what someone from the Warrior forums said they had experienced with it.

so wut if yur at 0%? would it fire as if it were 100%? :)
There would be no bonus because you can't use WS at 0%.
since the price of a Juggernaut on Kujata is so damn expensive (6 mil and rising!) I figure a Woodsville + this axe should be nice for someone without a lot of gil.
