You guys focus on the bad side but if you think about it this thing is great for mission bcnms and other critical fights.
ya i have one its not for war drk and pld its for all jobs 49+ this would be really good for THF or SAM im on Titan and selling mine for 170k if your interested
It's been nerfed... Apparently it didn't suck enough, they had to give it to only WAR/PLD/DRK. I hope they made the TP amount go up at least.
I can not figure out for the life of me while SE keeps making completely worthless degradeable items. I've never personally been a fan of "charges" If you are going to use it though and especially a very limited amount, then you best make it worthwhile. This is another item in a long list of items where it's not justified to own.
Costs too much to make for so few charges, and to top it off it's crap anyhow.
The best degradeable armor in the game so far is gotten by doing the ENM Pulling the Strings. That's what degradeable should do, give you a HUGE boost in stats in some way. Some sort of bonus that is clearly way ahead of any item that does not degrade for that level of equipment.
Well that is I am a thf and get an Assassins ring and 20 RACC is just awesome when I need it. Can't say I've looked at every job's ring but most of them are worth it.

As far as I know i'm the only one on Titan to have one and theres actually a fairly large glitch and here it is... Stats for it are as follows...

Seems fine right? Well i came across this very very rare piece of armor while i was lvling my blm, and i figured id try to equip it... Well I am a lvl 60 BLM wearing something that i shouldnt be able to wear lol.... It is currently for sale on Titan server, Gil only no cash give Hitman a tell with any offers....

I used up a charge on one I crafted for funsies. It gave me 5% TP a tick for 10 ticks, a grand total of 50TP. Considering the ingredients cost me about 100k, Icarus Wings are far quicker for the money. Another junk enchanted item to make me feel good about Gold Ensorcellment, just like Palmer's Bangles. Huzzah!
Interesting note, the test was conducted on my NIN50, which could also equip this bugged and horrid item.
