Item is used in the quest Empty Memories. It is traded to Harith for a level 30 longbow named Hamayumi.
The Recollection is not a 100% drop. Only killed Deviator once, with one TH2 in the party, but 0/1 so far.
Deviator is probably killable by any 6 person party that has made it to Promyvion - Vahzl, and is popped from a ??? on the third floor, using a Remnant of a Cerebrator.
Edit: Have been back now for a rematch with Deviator. It was a fair bit tougher this time. Had 12 people, and one death, but it dropped this recollection this time. ^_^ 2 memospheres also.
A 50% drop rate so far.
