I have done Uninvited Guests for about a year and a half and all I have ever received was the XP scroll. I'm done I give up

it says rare and i know certain jobs can solo this so im wondering how many tries it took until this droped and did it drop on a solo run? it must be a low rate since i have never seen one so far
Sadly this armor replaced Adaman Breastplate, that sexiest armor/stats of all(tho it was never released ingame.) But this armor is basicly the same one worn by the Sandy NPC in Missions(forgot his name). I'm thinking SE might release the Adaman Breastplate in the next expansion but using Assault Breastplate 1 of it's needed materials. But who knows...still a very sexy armor..../drools.

I'm fairly new to this game. I leveled a previous character to a 50 Paladin, but that's as far as I got. For some reason, I have yet to ask what those symbols mean. Apparently they give resistance to the element corresponding to the symbol on the armor. I was wondering if, maybe it also improved your spells of that element?

The little elemental symbols increase your defense to that element. As far as I'm aware they do not affect offensive spells of the corresponding element...
I think also that, for example, darkness resistance on this piece would also increase chances of resisting spells like Stun (which is darkness based)

Yes, you are right, it also realy helps alot with resisting sleep. if i ballista in sam AF body i can resist a BLM ES sleepII
The darkness element resistance of this armor would actually increase resistance to blind and spells like that. There's an npc in Bastok Markets that tells you which status ailments relate to which elements...he's all the way down past the music shop at the end of that street...by what i think is one of the trader's houses or sumthin. He tells you which elements are weak and strong to corresponding elements. Also, if ur a mage u can see what element enfeebling magic relates to by looking at the color next to the spell. For instance, poison is a water based enfeeble, b/c it has a blue dot next to the spell. Hope this helps ^^.
Stun is a Lightning spell, though it relies on Dark Magic skill. Lightning Staff improves it, not Dark Staff. Just an FYI.

1 I bought mine on AH but its from uninvited guest enm my guess is its a pretty rare drop
2 Its pretty good for lvl 75 armour most armour at 75 is around 50 def, so you would need +30 Vit to get that extra 15 def. The elemental bonuses are decent I have noticed when a mob has blaze spikes or ice spikes up it hits me for zero dmg now,when it use to do 11 or so dmg when i used hauberk, but i'm sure if thats from the elmental protection or the def stat.
3 I will try to get one the next time I log in; its decent looking and will not be confused with all the other armour you see peeps wearing

The def on this armor is well above Adaman and Valor but it has no other real good stat atributes, as a HL I am looking for HP,VIT and EMN depending on the situation

I would real like to know how to get my hands on this Item it looks very nice and has good over all Def on it. Any info on how to get it would be nice there is on or server the person who got it said It was a Safehold Quest Reward but didnt get quest name or any other info from him as to the name >< so any info would be helpful. Thank you

wow this thing would be awesome for a DD to throw on a macro when we get hate. Would a tank actually use this?
I would use it on mobs that cast alot of magic. The DEF is impresive, and it gives resistance to all elemental attribute. So a PLD could use it when tanking a god like Suzaku.
