They were 100k on Caitsith if that helps you any

Since the merrow scale can be rewarded from the new Imperial Standing BCNMs, the scale is about 5k now on Caitsith.
Is this necklace made by 'Tiffancy & Co'?

Just gotta go to Ara.Reef and kill Merrow Lamia mobs until they drop the scale. Then bring it back to him
