is this stackable? IE if you have a nation flag, and 3 millionaire desks, lets say, would you get potetially triple or quadruple CP?

just got this by putting a millionaire desk in my mh
As far as I know, at the very least this moghancement can be obtained with the flag you receive when you reach rank 10 (depending on other furnishings of course).
It increases the conquest points earned, but if there are any modifiers to that, such as "within your nation's control", I don't know, as I'm not rank 10 yet.
