You can find this on in bastok mines at the bard shop. Amazing how many new bards don't know they have a merchant's shop of their own. Your chances of finding something here are directly purportional to what is for sale at the AH(at least on Siren; seems someone is buying up stock to sell on the AH for a markup). Best selection when bastok is leading faction. don't forget to check the 'circus' when intown. they have one you can't get from anyone else also.
