This trait increases Ranged Accuracy also. My ranger is only level 37, but when you hit 10 and 30(Accuracy Up I and II levels) you notice a great increase of hits and fewer misses for both Ranged and melee. It says it increases physical attacks, and from my understanding "Physical" also includes ranged attacks.

What in hell is the point of giving RNG Acc Bonus? Ranged Accuracy, yes. Accuracy? Hell no, give it to DRK, or WAR(Get rid of our damned Resist Virus, PLEASE. It's beyond lame.)

RNG wouldnt be using an archers knife at 60. and they melee to get TP faster...shoot, run in, do a round of melee or 2, run out, shoot rinse and repeat until WS...damn

Accuracy bonus affects both accuracy AND ranged accuracy btw.

It makes perfect sense... acc up isnt just melee... its ranged also... plus it makes it a decent sub for some Melee jobs, SAM/RNG is very good at the lower lvls because of this trait.

It's to counter most of the ACC=>RNG-ACC equipment that exists. IE: Bone Rings, Beetle Rings, etc.

Rng gets alot of equip with +rng acc and -acc so they are completely gimped in acc without the acc bonuses.

Just wanted to add that it IS important for a rng to hit. Each dagger or axe swing is another 5-7 tp, depending on the weapon. While our damage from the dagger or axe might suck royally, its the TP that we care about.

Also wanted to add that on 70 there is a huge ranged accuracy increase, and meelee increase also, so this does affect both.

If you're a THF, you DO get evasion IV, It's lvl 70.

I'm still pretty new but I think that this is sweet. Aint nothing worse than pulling back your bow and haveing an arrow zip past your gobs ear. Aim for the heart now!

This affects ranged acc...very strongly actually....next time lvl ranger past 60 and comment on it

any job with a lvl 10 trait should a IV for it, WAR would have Def Bonus IV, Dual Wield IV for NIN, Attack bonus IV for DRK. otherwise it isnt really a balanced system.

Are you serious about that? Just because a Lv4 trait isn't listed here, doesn't mean squat.
If you shall notice, most jobs have their job traits stop listing at Lv50, DRK would get attack up 4, etc etc for each job.

Yes, they would, but I haven't heard of anything. and in the Spells & Abilities section, I don't see anything IV. (Except RNG this trait)
