CHR seems to be a mod for this, although VIT also seems to be a second minor mod for it. I notice the biggest drop though with Jack o Lantern, the -10 CHR drops my cure by about 4 to 5 HP

This ability starts off curing around 70 HP per cast. Its instant and takes 20TP. It also upgrades slowly. I am not entirely sure on what it is based on however.
