Spells that have spaces in them all require " " to surround the spell. So you have to type "Stone II" for it to work.

Some guy was saying he knew what mob dropped Stone 2 but he wouldn't tell me because it was a secret. I can't find it listed here I was wondering if anyone else Knows?

There are very few mobs that are weak to earth, and many are resistant to it. This is why you never see any Scission Skillchains in a party. This, plus the RDM's pretty low Elemental Skill, will almost guarantee that it will be resisted.
Even when you are fighting something weak to earth, like a coeurl, the other teir 2 elemental nukes will be more damaging.

Where is this Magic Shop in Waters? I cant find it!
The magic shop is in the _South_ half of Windurst Waters... remember that zone is actually a big one with the North and the South halves.
