It's great to see all this info coming together. Some points to clarify a few things:
1)
Mushroom dishes are officially listed as lowering enmity. The
English patch notes were updated to be properly translated:
Quote:
Mushroom dishes
Mainly raise MND, maximum MP, and lower enmity.
Example: Roast mushrooms
2)
All percentage based increases have a hard cap. All the attack, defense, MP type of boosts that are percentage based also have a hard cap. This is showing up on some of the items listed above, but many are probably still confusing people, because they don't realize this. For example, Meat Mithkabob is now +22% Attack, with a hard cap of +60. The extra attack above 60 is from the +Strength that is also on the item. Chief Mithkabobs are also +22% Attack, but have a hard cap of +65. The huge +percentage amounts shown for low levels using the food is just because the +attack from the +strength on the item wasn't factored out. Because of this...
3)
Test results should list actual numbers, not percentages. If we get enough numbers from different levels, it will be easy to figure out what the base is for these percentage-type boosts, and where the hard cap is. If people just submit their own percentages, however, it won't be nearly as useful.
4)
Items that are +Attack are not automatically +Ranged Attack. This was alluded to in the patch notes, by the fact that they mention "Attack" and "Ranged Attack" separately, just like "Accuracy" and "Ranged Accuracy". As rangers are finding out, much of the standard melee food does not raise their damage. Meat Mithkabobs and Chiefkabobs, for example, do not raise Ranged Attack at all. Tests will need to be done to find out which items do raise Ranged Attack and/or Attack.
