ALL JOBS WILL BE BALANCED AT AHT URGAN RELEASE

So many things people have asked for are actually being incorporated into Aht Urhgan. SE = Win.

Different chocobo colors too... Square-Enix may draw back alot of players with just that information alone.

Shall we start a pool on which job claims to get nerfed hardest?

Is Feba like rush typing? His spelling can't be that bad.

And if HALF the stuff he's saying is true, i'm already joygasming.

I took this as more of wishful thinking. It's impossible, and I say that with confidence, to fully make every job equal without there being only 1 job.

Even so, I believe they have some heavy plans here, and there seem to be a lot in the way or merits being thrown at us soon. Maybe merits before 75?

Bah, it's all speculation for now.

No, he's writing using a phone. Hell, I'm surprised he can use it that efficiently.

So Besieged areas will allow anyone to fight with no exp loss. The dream of seeing lvl 20s and 75s fighting alongside each other lives on.

Viva la resistance!

Not just plain yellow chocobos could be cool. It's getting me interested tenfold.

Also, no exp loss from besieged seems awesome. More incentive. Seems it is more like Dynamis, but without exp loss, different drops (if any), and is obviously for conquest. I'm curious if towns like Nashmau (and possibly others?) will also have their own besieged areas.

All seems very interesting, and I'm curious as to execution. ^^;

From the sound of it, it's almost like you can still interact with the towns during such an invasion. No exp loss just allows you to cancel out of a vendor window, bust out a weapon, and start kicking some Beastmen ***.

Is it April yet?

Sounds like a hell of an expansion, but I am curious as to what "balancing all the jobs" will entail.

Very exciting stuff, hope this brings people back into the game.

I wept tears of joy at this info, I love you SE, ToAU will definitely be something special.
And Gir, they wouldn't even allow you to change races if there were no ps2, as far as I know Vana'diel doesn't have plastic surgery, so you can't turn a galka into a tarutaru, as for looks, I still don't think SE would do it w/o ps2 either, they just need a scapegoat to say why not.

The gods have answered all our prayers XD This expansion looks hotter than hotcakes...

Although I AM worried about the jobs being rebalanced...What can possibly be finetuned about MNK?We're pretty balanced as it is, I think...

I would not mind new abilities, however, as long as they're nothing that people will scream 'NERF!' over =P

The Job Balancing is either going to be a very joyous occasion or there will be alot, alot of problems. Alot...

I can imagine their safest bet is to actually empower jobs more than Nerf. Lots of stat tweaking and ability adding. Some armor tweaks as well.

This is going to be very interesting.
