Magic accuracy does not boost damage nor its effect is precisely quantified. In a matter of fact, those grip has no +INT nor +MND nor +CHR; Bugard grip does lend + stats, which also factors in magic accuracy (but possibly less than straight + magic accuracy).
I do use some Nashira legs as a cheap and space saving escape to some BLM and WHM enfeebling escape. It is not that I disagree magic accuracy importance, but the overall effect to casting can be quite minimal (without further rigorous testing in magic accuracy).
As a career Bard and Thief, I am already extremely space challenged. The time to mule and control macros may not worth the minimal change of magic accuracy. As a personal opinion, I actually question the wisdom to add those grip.

Art for the sake of art itself is an idle sentence.
Art for the sake of truth, for the sake of what is
beautiful and good — that is the creed I seek.
