POL 0260Follow

I have recieved the errors as well. However, I was lucky a few times, and was able to log on. I was in Qufim at the time, and when I appeared, I instantly R0'd and disconnected 30 seconds later. The 4th time this happened, I zoned into Delkfutt's Tower. Upon logging on a 5th time, I was able to play normally, access my Linkshell (RabidMoogle ftw!!) and do searches. However, zoning into Qufim, I instantly R0'd. So I logged on again, zoned into Delkfutt's, DC'd during the zone, logged back on, fine and capable in Dellkfutt's. My Home Point was in Khazam, so I instant warped, and Khazam loaded fine. This got my hopes up, so I joined a party and zoned into Yuhtunga Jungle. Low and behold, R0. -.- They better fix it soon, I just got my Carbuncle Mitts. ^_^

UK player here, and i am having these problems too.

Im trying to reinstall ffxi, but whenever i actually get past friend list (the POL 0260) my version update just sits on 0%.

I reset my router several times, checked my connection speeds (which are normal). Also have no firewall or anything else that could possible block any data

Internet works fine just not ffxi. I'm on Ramuh, and i'm not from canada...posting from NY actually.

I'm on Shaw Cable in Victoria BC and couldn't log in before work... How's the weather in Van ^^ Cloudy but not raining here across the straight.

Even though the site doesn't say they are having issues, if you call or do the online chat help request, you get the message "we are currently experiencing log in difficulties. If you cannot log in, please try again later"

I'm having the same issues on PC... PS2 is a whole other story, I can log in but cannot zone or I hit R0 and it times me out, then I have to relog about 8-10 times and it will let me go through that zone to the next one.

SE always finds a way to make sure this happens on the weeks that I only have 1 day to play.

i am also having connection problems. at first i would r0 and disconnect and it would take me to Select Character screen. Then every time i would try to log on i would d/c instantly so i rebooted ps2 and now i can't connect at all.

Is anyone getting POL-1558 error? I can't figure out why it's not working, it says there's a DNAS authentication error, I tried checking my network adapter disc, and the DNAS isn't working on there either, anyone know the problem or how to fix it?

Its a POL problem, not anything to do with your connection at all. Pol has already told me its not on there end, and Shaw cable told me the same. If i can connect to the internet, even half way on POL, it's a POL problem. Thats my story, and I'm sticking to it

btw i am on shaw cable too in alberta

At least we know they know about it and hopefully will soon have it fixed.

In texas and using Cebridge Connections... internet is just fine.
