Hey... yep im from Victoria BC. I just installed FF11 after my long absence (like over a year) but i cant log in to pol :( or i can half log in?? yea i get error code 1363 after like 5 mins of loading nothing..... im also using shaw. :P

Well this suck. Expected it to fix up by tonight since I got LS events to do but no dice. And I can't even gain access to playonline.com. It better be fix by tomorrow morning.

I'm in Victoria BC as well and still no dice... God I hope this gets fixed soon, first my Hydra character is in limbo till the 20th, now I can't even play on my girls account.

I have CoP static in 5 mins ;;
Edmonton (Terwillegar area). Same issue, Shaw customer, IP is 68.149.xxx.xxx, so the "POL is blocking all 24.xxx.xxx.xxx" excuse doesn't work for me.

Notice how the Playonline.com site has no mention of what's going on. Kind of really helpful there since it looks like ppl have to come here to find out what's going on.
Thanks AgentM, I'v called Cebridge so many times about outages cause they put up the wrong wire that they hate hearing from me.
im in abbotsford bc, use shaw...but after reading all the posts, i think its a pol problem not shaw...lets hope it gets fixed up soon...good to see so many canucks playing....and so many that live close by...to bad we weren't on the same server
If my IP was being blocked, I wouldn't be able to log on to POL, which I can.
I'm going to miss my second dynamis and can't check saplings i just planted yesterday.

Well, after talking to the guy on tech support, it sounds like they can't really nail down the problem (such to the point that they're not sure if it's on their end). I mean, it wouldn't kill them to say, "There are some login problems surfacing, we're looking into it," but still.
