Confirmed by multiple souces, the ship date for the PC version has changed to 11/21/07… nothing is going to move on the 22nd, thanksgiving, so expect Friday or even Monday…

The PS2 and 360 version are due on the shelves tomorrow… I’m also getting the ps2 2008 pack to load it on the PS3. I have FFXI and ZM loaded on the PS3 but OMG it’s going to take all day and night to download patches for COP and TOAU…

Well that's ******* ********* Way to ruin a "simultaneous" release yet again S-E.

I just got off the phone with the GameStop I pre ordered mine through (Both a PC version and 360, soon to be wife and I both play) and they pretty much confirmed that I would be able to get the 360 version tomorrow and the PC version on Friday (Due to holiday on Thursday)

Content activation time will determine if this is bad news or not.

Does SE still have "at some point" on their site or have they actually defined a time?

I highly doubt the people in charge of flipping the switch on content activation even know that it was delayed. It's true that they could "fix" it by not activating the content until Friday, but that seems very unlikely at this point in time.

I checked my Amazon order and it says I should have it on the 22nd or the 23rd.

Actualy its a draw, hard to remember it was a while ago. There was an error on 360 release so you could not log on to the server(I think the reason it would try to connect you to the test server). So basicly 360 users had to bite the bullet while every one else got the expansion. So the only ones to get away with murder would be the lolps2 users <.<. Don't get me wrong though my sympathy still goes out to the pc users (gives a cookie to pc users)

I'm even more shafted because I'm leaving town, planned ot pick it up before I left.. oh well. I'm not that worried, content will be active and one of two things will happen:

1) Madness/Lag Fest promise and guarantee an inflation in prices, a deflation in entertainment, and a whole new bunch of "OAIOHGRA I IS RETARDED" shouts in any and all new zones, and some old.

2) So many errors/bugs/glitches that a serious error will occur, people will wind up losing thousands, and an emergency maint on Saturday (the night I get back) fixes any problems I would have otherwise suffered through.

Meh, that, or i'll still enjoy 'all' the content of getting Dancer since it starts in Jeuno, and ends in Jeuno.

Not sure if I want to believe this... I mean, really? -_- My PS2 hasnt been able to read my HD for over a year now so thats not an option for me, this just sucks. It's gonna be pretty crappy logging on when it goes live while everyone else is digging into it.

To all those saddened, just remember the first besieged. It always makes me realize I can wait a little bit.
