I pro-orderd my PC version from GAME and got this email this morning

I'm surprised, the Gamestop I pre-ordered it at has 6 reserved copies in stock, normally I'm the one who gets jipped out

I wish SE would put up the game and expansion packs up on a server to buy and download. Kinda like Blizzard does.

Why just reg codes?

Not only is FFXI + XPs are around 2-4gb each except for Zilart, but multiply that by about a million and that's a hell of a lot of bandwidth, and POL website is directly linked to the service so the strain on the site will cause a strain with the POL servers in general, and FFXI (+other games) run on POL.
