I'd go on a limb and guess its the Xarc NM I mentioned earlier cause it does look like a really pissed Taurus

edit: heres the name... I think it might be the Megalotaur.

*looks at the picture of the snakey dragon thing*

*looks at a picture of a Tauri*

Uhh... you have seen what a Tauri looks like before right? Aside from both having four limbs that thing couldn't look like less like a Tauri.

Is it just me... or does anyone else look at the picture tummie put up of the walrus monster...

And think it looks like what you would get if a walrus got raped by a behemoth...

holy shit on the giant monster. I'm betting the red taurus and demon will be campaign guys or something, those inferno demons or some such. Perhaps the ruszors will be slow like marids.

No, that's what the gargoyles are.

I'd say a drunken night between Leviathan and an Imp.

Man, those imps really get around.

Maybe it's just the BST in me, but I always get interested when I see a new zone has charmable stuff in it :)

With any luck, those crabs will be in the 73-75 level range

I'd say the monster is most like DeathGaze.

edit: oh, guess I'm not alone

Seeing as we are not allowed new charmable mobs, chances are the crab and tigers will still be the only things in the new areas we can charm.

I think it is a fishable mob. So unless you bring your rod, I don't think you'll run into them.

I'm gonna go out on a limb and guess it's a fished up mob, therefore not being charmable.

Well, fudge. Should have guessed that from "angler", huh? Oh, well. Still can't wait to go explorin' :P

The entire Cobra set, for WHM, is for the purpose of swapping in for a charged-up Holy.
Unfortunately, it fails in pretty much every slot, which is a bit disheartening. Yigit Turban/AF wins over the head, Oracle's Robe/Marduk's Jubbah/Errant/Yigit over the body, Goliard/Zenith/AF/Blessed over the gloves, AF/Blessed/Errant over the legs, and Yigit/Marduk over the feet. Just kind of ridiculous that it's not even slightly, barely, a little bit useful, at all, while PLD gets sh*t that beats everything for Magic Defense tanking, and enmity, while adding a good bit of HP to it and decent DEF too, and a good set bonus .... and every piece of the set is good. The Cobra mage set is truly an insult. Guess it saves me the trouble of getting it.

If you're referring to Rocl, of course he was trolling hard. I'm not sure he's capable of not doing so.

since nobody posted about the Fay Lance (DMG:90 Delay:492 75 DRG) :
sound pretty "good" to me, with a +4dmg(screen) it has the same dmg as thalasocrat, if it can get any haste/double/triple attack on top of, it's good(i guess some store tp and attack would be decent too if it can even the dmgs)

or some wyvern hp or breath bonus could make it great too(can always dream)

Ok Serious question here and I apologize if this is stupid and I should know better.

Since we are able to do the update a good 4hrs before the scheduled maintenance is over what are they doing for the rest of the time? Swapping hardware?

I hope that spell is even half as good as it sounds.

If it's like most BLU spells then it won't, that "Triumphant Smash" will be the sound of your palm meeting your forehead the first time you use it and it sucks ***... ^_^

It all depends, but it's also to implement update, do tests, make changes hardware end/software end etc.
