OK, I'm a dummy. I can't figure out which graphics card to look for in the new laptop I'm going to buy. I want something to play the new RIFT expansion without having to throttle the graphics way back. Unfortunately, I have a limit of about $600 dollars for the purchase. Is there any hope or should I just keep on with this Acer and its integrated video?

They implemented the new graphic engine already in the 9/12 patch. Whatever they did, I get more FPS now, I can see further and everything is much prettier. So they were able to make the graphics look better but put less of a strain on your system. I have a Geforce GT 630. Nothing too great. I can run on Ultra, unless it's a crazy raid or invasion, then I need to drop back to High. So getting a $600 laptop might be doable for this expansion.
