I noticed this nifty little piece of waist equipment the other day. I was wondering if anybody knew how to obtain one. (Probably high level clothcraft but I want to make sure)
According to somepage http://ffxi.cannotlinkto/enm/5 it drops off the ENM40 'Bad Seed' in Monarch Linn. It also happens to drop Woodsman rings. I see this being a very profitable ENM ^^.
