| I cannot find the spell Raise in Windurst Waters. I have found the vendor with all the other mid-level spells like Cure III and what not, just raise is not available? Is there a condition that must be met such as that realm must be in first place or something similiar? Thanks! Kyburz | ||||

| Okay, to answer the HQ Synth Question. First off, you'll need to be many levels above the required skill level to produce the HQ item. Also, the day of the week is important to making HQ synths. For Fire related synths, I attempt to produce them on Iceday or Fireday. On Iceday, I can produce 12-2 | ||||
