	What IS it with the FFXIV team's persistent hard-on for punishing the [b]buyer[/b] in transactions? "Sorry, you really need this XYZ so go ahead and pay a surcharge on the item!" The fees need to land on the seller, NOT the buyer. Two steps forward, three steps back.
