there appear to be a number of errors in the database level range for instanced zones - where the shown level range minimum is too low and you cannot in fact enter the instance at that level.

I adjusted the one section that I could to be level 70 minimum (pretty sure that's what it is), but the other part is refusing to be overwritten. =\
