A Gathering Obsession (EQ2 Quest Series)
To date, this is the only signature series that both Adventurers and Artisans are able to equally do. These quests solely go off of your harvesting skill, so whichever of your professions (adventuring or crafting) is higher will dictate how high your harvesting can be.
With Tears of Veeshan there are no longer any minimum skill requirements for harvesting common raws. However, you will still get a lot of failed attempts until your skill matches the minimum skill for rares. Items that boost your skills (such as the Artisan only Automated Shears, Automated Pickaxe and Automated Watersafe Net) are a great help to finishing this series.
Speak to Qho Augren in The Village of Shin to begin this series. You must be at least level 5 to begin the first quest.

NOTE: Sometimes Qho will not have the quest feather showing that he has the next tier's quest to offer, but you can still obtain it if you simply hail him again.
