You must be at least Level 40 to open or receive this quest. See Elyos 40 for more quests that can be started at this same level.
† All quests reward XP but NCSoft is fond of changing the amounts frequently, to the point that it is simply not wise to try to track the exact amount in a wiki.
When you reach the Tavern, there is a Merchant NPC at the back right. Under his Special list he sells the Beriti Cheese (PW/AA) for 117,700 .
The next room, to the back left, is the Wine Cellar. There are four barrels on the first floor, and one on the second. You will need to get the roamer out, then enter the room and watch the second roamer, a worker. When he moves tothe left, follow him, hugging the wall, and jump him at the foot of the stairs. Now, kill the 2 against the back of the base of the stairs. You will now be able to reach four of the barrels (one was by the door where you entered the room). Everyone should start looting them, now, and do NOT aggro the 2 mobs in the back corner that you left alone.
