According to your new "partner" the three remaining pieces can be found as follows:

• Carfcamoi's earrings from Barbara (Ggl) in Harf Trading Post (She gave the earrings to Hadley at Khalara Watchtower)
• Where are the Earrings? - Hadley gave them to Atiya (Ggl), a waitress at "The Stag's Head". She is standing in the center of Harf Trading Post (at 48.4,21.1).
• Carfcamoi's necklace from Blake (Ggl) in Harf Trading Post (sitting on the porch at 47.3, 21.3 but he traded it to Tanilof for booze)
• Blake's Liquor Money - Tanilof will give you the necklace in exchange for an errand to The Distillery (talk to Cynthia)
• Carfcamoi's Crown from Sadua (Ggl) at The Distillery ( 38.4, 79.8 ) in Aslan Valley. He will tell you where the Crown is for 300 .
• The Whereabouts of the Crown - He sold it to a mage named Shimmer (Ggl) who was headed to Snowhorn

After you have talked to Barbara (Ggl), Hadley, Blake (Ggl) and Atiya (Ggl) in Harf Trading Post, you can take a quick Portal to Silverfall for 500 . Sadua (Ggl) and Cynthia are in the basement taproom of The Distillery.

Shimmer (Ggl), sadly, is dead. You will find the Mage's Corpse at 64.9, 69.1 inside Snowhorn.

When you give the treasures to the Weird Merchant he turns into a Goblin and attacks. He is Carfcamoi (34) and he is cursed by the treasures. After you hand him his drubbing hail him for the next quest.
