Talk with Miobera in Heiron at Changarnerk's Campsite once you have reached at least Level 42. Description Level 43 Elemental Water Flowers Obtain Elemental Water Flowers, from Divine Sea Spirits, and take them to Miobera. Elemental Water Flower (3) (PW/AA) Basic Reward XP † 15,500

Quest Notes

Go to Stenon Bay, to the waterline, and you will find a number of outcrops of Blue Crystals, both north and south of the shipwreck. Around each will be 1-3 Comtaminated Water Spirits and 1-2 Divine Water Spirits.

Beware of the invisible Bats on the beach, and the Waterworms in the water!
