can anyone tell me how much tp you get from doin it?
actaully jump removes more hate when it misses...
when it hits you can generate more hate depending on how much damge you did with it. if you do a 150+ jump, you can bet youre not gonna lose any hate. that goes for high jump too. the only sure hate sheader is super jump, but that one does no damage.

it does get rid of emmity and its just an extra attack for extra damage.
jump=10% emmity loss.
high jump=33% emmity loss.
super jump=90% emmity loss.
i highly reccomend becoming a drg they do sweet DMG and you dont have to tank /hurray!

oh and super jump unlocks super climb for your wyvern

I often sub DRG for my PLD in Ballista. It's actualy quite effective when you use a great sword combined with this. I get hits up to 180 on mages with jumps :) I love this skill.
Has anyone tried MNK/DRG or DRG/MNK and boosted up for a massive jump? Does boost even affect jump DMG?

yes boost does increase your jump attack. you can also link it with sneak attack and trick attack :) that is serious fun lol.

Does Jump work with any weapon, or just Polearm?
can anyone fill me in as to what this does besides attack? any effects? extra damage? what???
I heard somewhere that jump reduces hate. Is that true, or is that only super jump?

Jump doesn't reduce hate. High and Super Jump remove enmity altogether (though you get the hate for the jump's damage, if I recall correctly).

When it's time to level my warrior more, when the dragoon gets level 10 with the warrior, does the warrior have jump?
yup. friend of mine subbed it to his thf for added agi/dex bonuses, and once he hit 20 w/ it, he was jumping

then when you find out the dmg is not as much you expect, you will jump too.
Jump is 1minute 30seconds refresh time.
yup 90 seconds = 1 minute and 30 seconds
