I must say I've had nothing but problems out of Sublimation. For a good 10 minutes after I come out of being weakened, it will only give me back 2mp. As soon as I cast it, it says it's full, and no matter how long I sit on it, it won't give me any more than 2mp. This isn't a result of being weakened, this is up to 10 minutes AFTER coming out of weakened.
So this isn't nerfed when used as /SCH at all.....right?
Wow that's insanely retarded if it isn't. It just gives everyone more initiative to change their sub from /WHM or /BLM to /SCH, really. Free MP and 10% boosts, plus some very nice mp-saving and quick spellcasting abilities, seriously. This should be nerfed to at least 20% HP cap, or make the ticks in longer intervals, hell decreasing the exchange rate to 2Hp/1Mp would be fine with me.
Anyway, this skill is amazing when combined with stoneskin, allowing you to rest, however, until you can use this skill (as a main SCH, not a sub SCH) without stoneskin, you'll have to have it active and charing during the battle, then once it's charged, you'll have to rest for the MP you used up during the battle unless you're a Galka or Elvaan who has a naturally high HP pool and will likely recover more than 75% MP from a fully charged sublimation. To keep your HP from suffering from the DoT, just keep regen up until you get stoneskin or, if you're amazingly rich, buy a stoneskin torque and use that (I only use this for BCNM 40/50)

sublimination might not stack with refresh from red mage but it does stack with bards ballad and the cor's evokers roll

Yes this move is awsome. I see a lot of possibilities with it. It seems like its best to store mp and save it for a emergency. But, Im not sure yet I just got move and thought I would post.
A frickin' AWESOME JA! And the fact that it doesn't stack with Refresh means that you really have to take care when and how you use it. Really adds to the feel of SCH being a tactical job that just happens to be a mage.
