at 25, Shield Mastery I gives you an extra 1 tp, so 3 tp per shield block
at 50, Shield Mastery II gives you another extra 1 tp, so 4 tp per shield block
at 75, Shield Mastery III gives you yet another extra 1 tp, so 5 tp per shield block

First post, and I love this trait. makes me feel important or whatever. I remember when I got it at 25 and I was like this sounds awesome. I think the Tp gain is like 3-5% someone correct me on it.
