The only use for this Lance is Wheeling Thrust, and if the 12 STR doesnt make up for the 6/7 loss in D from using Mezrak/+1 (D 93/94) then it has no use end game. 72-75 it may be one of the best exp Lances if the trigger is not something stupid.
Finding latent should not be too tough.
Step 1. get the trident.
check if you have +12 str at 0 Tp to 300 TP
find someone with dagger or scyth and put them in party and check to see if you got +12 str. Take wavern out... etc.
so if someone has it, there should be "I think its acctivated by... " you can visual see +12 str

Come on now your reaching for an answer there
Acctually the latent does make sense to be activated by having the other two in the pt. The reason being is that Shikaree Z is acctually the head of the group, the eldest and the one with the most authority. Of all the 3 she is the one that accompanies you late in the cop storyline and plays the largest role, but she is always fighting on her sitser's behalfs.

There is no way the latent is based on if another party member has a sin hunter weapon, Y's sythe, or X's knife. Because their weapons don't have anything latent on them. So it would make no sence

you need someone in your pt with eather Y's Scythe or X's Knife to get this to work same goes for other 2 weapons.

X's Knife doesn't have a latent. It's simply "Increases critical hit damage". It's not a latent effect, it's just always there.

-Latent is with less then 100%TP, meaning it will affect WS's, as when you use your WS, your TP drops to below 0 before it goes off
-It drops from a ENM fight at the end of Promyvion off of the Shikoree Z mob (I think, something along those lines)

From what I've read previously the latent effect on this weapon was "Double Attack" and triggered when an item called Love Stone was equipped into the ranged slot. I may be mistake though.
I'm also pretty sure it has something to do with the Jailors or other H/NMs in Sea.

That would be the Love Halberd or thinking of which drops from the Jailer of Love. AFAIK the latent is unknown, best bet is it drops from the shikaree rematch which requires you to be quite a bit thru CoP. Ill get around to it one of these days.

A.Complete CoP
B. Do a BCNM vs X and Z (you can do this part from chapter 8 on)
C. Do the ENM "Requium of Sin". this is basicly an uncapped version of the COP fight "Head Wind" on crack. Fight all three trackers again, only now they can only be slept with ES+Sleepga II and it only lasts 30-40 seconds. Their pets are now 100% unsleepable.
D. 5% drop FTW! Convince 5 other people to do an insane deathtrap of an ENM that drops only Rare/Ex weapons and some worthless crafting materiels that aren't worth putting on the AH every week for about 2 or 3 months straight.

Maybe the Latent is activated like some of the other recent stuff? With a Virtue Stone equiped in Ammo slot?
As taru this lance with the +12 is a must I think, but until I know the trigger it's useless.
Take it with a grain of salt, but I think the latent effect activates when your wyvern isn't out. Just a rumor, so don't automatically think it's truth. ^^;
this really only is good if you cant get the +12 str to kick in then it could be used as one of the top 5 lances
its probably like the other Rare ex latent weapons

ok, um this lance doesnt seem that good unless latent... but as drg i dont go latent that often to need a wpn like that... wouldnt u pull more hate if u get that added str? im using collosial lance right now (4mil hades server) and i think its great^^

Not all latent effects are based on Hp.
The latent effect could be subjob like the lvl30 earrings.
That's gonna be a sweet lance for my DRG ^^
