the latent is unlocked when "Seigan" is being used. that is all. 8P

Seigan gives you counter ability. Whether seigan activates the latent or not only parsing will tell.
DRK... DRG.. and SAM. Maybe the latent is using a 2-handed weapon?
why doesnt anyone know what the latent is for this is yet? The 2hnd sword being equip is what i was thinking too.
Someone in the DRG forum said he activated it as DRG/RDM, but he wasnt sure how

I bet the latent effect is active when wearing Ace's Helm...........
