Removing the item will remove the enchantment. This item is pretty useless... however, I guess if you are looking for a little agility boost (apparently rng is more dependant on it based on the new gear SE released) this belt is your thing... However, it is charged, and would quickly become useless...

I think the point of this is that you use it to cast the AGI + 3 and then take it off, just a thought

Ok so am I missing something or does this belt give agility -1 while the enchantment is agility +3? Because thats kind of pointless. Why just have the enchantment be agility +2? Maybe I'm missing something...

just my thoughts, but the enchantment changes the agi-1 to agi+3, same with opo-opo crown. panamas change the chr-7 to chr+7
