As you can tell from above, this Abjuration is used with a Cursed Crown(can be bought in AH under Cursed Items) to make a "Purified" wearable Zenith Crown. The Abjuration is dropped off the Genbu and Byakko gods in Sky. You have to trade the two Items to the NPC in the Cathedral in San'doria and in return you will get the rare/ex item Zenith Crown, which is arguably one of the best head piece for a mage. If you have the gil to purchase a Cursed Crown-1 you will get a Zenith Crown+1 when Purified.
