The Latent on it is also now activated by COR Dice Rolls also now. SO any BRD Song and Dice Rolls
this activates when you have a bard song on you.

this would be great if there where alot of bards out there but brd is 1 of the least played jobs... wounder if u can /brd and get it to work
yes it would work if you sub BRD and put songs on yourself but that would not be worth it considering all the things you could have from subbing other jobs.
The latent effect on this is triggered by having a bard song active on you - any song works.

Agreed! I love the movie. I think everyone would have less of a problem with it if it was just called "The Spirits Within" instead of Final Fantasy.

any bard song activates it latent. its a nice torque
hmm I wonder what causes the latent effect. if it is easy to achieve i would love to have this as a ranger
