The reason a bastard sword is called a ******* sword is because "it has no father" meaning that it is most commonly used as a two-handed-sword though it has the characteristics closer to that of a one-handed-sword (size and length)
This Darksteel ******* Sword can only be lifted by the strongest of adventurers!
******* sword was used in afew rpg's and they were able to kill certain mobs i forget which but most of the time it was 1 hit kill

Yes a ******* Sword is commonly known as a hand-and-a-half sword. Typically used in a sword/shield combo, though popularly used two-handed for more power.

Techincally, a ******* sword was a one handed sword. It was bigger than the "common" one handed sword but smaller than the "broad sword/great sword" I haven't seen to many of these on the Remora server. But this might be a good sword to get.

A ******* sword has a longer handle than one-handed swords. It is technically like one and a half a handle. It is a in-between two-handed swords and one-handed swords.

All one-handed swords are just called "Sword."
