Upwards of 200k on Seraph now. Disgusting.
If your not a cheap bastared. youll quest/buy this item. Nothing can replace it cept a pilomath stole at level 60, elemental torque, or ugalephi pendant.

A really good blm will have this for nukes and, holy phial for enfeebles (para etc)

These are selling for 20k on the Jeuno Auction House for Bismarck. This is a steep increase from the 6-7k I remember this item being. Still, its great for Black Mage.
IMHO, Holy Phial is just as good at lvl 26 for BLM so long as you have other decent equipment to compensate the +1 INT.

If you are a black mage, buy this. This is better than Justice Badge for a black mage for sure.

On my server, the Black Silk Neckerchief sell for 4k in Jeuno. So if you are blm lvl 20, dont worry about the quest, just buy it. You will use it till lvl 50+.

my god how lazy can u be not to just do the quest to get the item the mob is weak...to easy a kill to spend any gil on the Black silk neckerchief...

This is a great accesory for a Black Mage. I'm a level 25 blm and I'm going to be wearing this for a while. Mainly b/c there isn't many neck accesories but it still adds +1 INT.

A NM caterpillar in Rolanberry drops a Silk Egg thats EX. I killed it easily w/ my lvl40 Warrior. Give it to guy in Bk for neckercheif as a reward.

This is the reward from a quest that starts in Bastok Port. You have to get an item that drops of a mob (berry grub/Silkworm) in Rolenberry and return it to Bastok.
