What Lvl is the NM Bloody Bones that drops it? Hsa been out for a while now and I`ve only seen a few go thru AH on sylph server. I`d love to have one but i dont wanna go unprepared to fight the NM. Someone Post NM relative level please. >.o
This is one of the better Scythe's that they've introduced, and with the well rounded added effects and jobs capable of equipping it, it can be excellent for both DRK and BLM. The INT+4 and MP+20 is exceptionally nice, especially for those Hume DRK's that want to equip RSE II Boots (Marine Boots) without losing out on the -3 INT.
The damage is another thing, BLM's that use this can really pour out some considerable numbers for a mage job, heck this thing ranks up there with a Darksteel Scythe +1, and in all actuality this Scythe is better than DS Scythe+1. This scythe is a nice, hefty addition for both DRK and BLM ...
Seeing all this, I guess that's why a person on Seraph server set the bench price for this at 10 million, lol. Not worth that much, imho. I can see 2-5M, but not 10M, just not worth that much. The DS Scythe +1 is going for 1.4M and deals out the exact same damage, DRK only but still, if a person is going to set that kind of price, only those l33t DRK's with mega gil are gonna even consider it. And even at that, I think it'll mainly just be one of those scythe's that stays in bazaar with 1,333,333,777 set as the price XD. For DRK's that is, if the price stays at 10M. There are better scythes out there, for DRK's in the long run, so this is just one of those temp use weapons that will be a good turn out for a while ... of course I guess it could be a good farming scythe at that.
I really hope that people will consider and try not to over-rate this thing and blow it out of proportion in price.
lol yay another scythe BLM can use :P. Better than Ivory Sickle (should b since it's higher lvl). Nice stats tho too. I've heard of Blackjacks being hard clubs of some sort IRL.
Usually a blackjack is made of thick flexible leather with a metal piece inside (either bar or ball) and is no longer than 6-7 inches so can be concealed in one's pocket. Object is to render opponent uncounscious without leaving much of wound. Usually opponent is hit from behind, when unprepared.
A blackjack is indeed a club, though not particularly hard. If memory serves me right, a blackjack is a sap, or small springy club that is easily concealed and usually has a piece of lead or the like inside. Basically, pull out, hit someone in the back of the head, haul off their unconscious body.
