I don't know about hoe anyone else has done, but personally, this has been the worst recipe to skill up on ever for me. Getting a 0.1 up in clothcraft every 7 synths or so, just isn't worth the time at all!
All items that are worn on the back, neck, fingers, ears, and ranged ammo and waist slots are like this. Get used to it, you won't see ranged weapons until they are used in a ranged attack.
SE did this to keep the frame rate down, think about how many computers would have a hard time keeping up with the graphics already in play and the ones on your character. Yes it is possible to be done, but there would have to be sacrifices for such things, like lowered quality on graphics things like that.
I wondered this myself when I first started so don't feel bad for asking this question, but at least you actually posted it on here, kudos.
well after i made this at lv 4-7 i desynthesised them with a lightning crystal. i was getting 6 grass thread, 5 grass threas 4 grass threads. it is hard to do, but a lot better than selling them for 195 at guild a
I tink, like what Bluemonkey said, you can make tons of capes and sell them back to the guild, or to people if you have THAT much luck, until higher rank so you can make stuff you need, like Hachimakis, something i need 1 of, and stuff like that.^^
I made Capes until level 7, and sold them to the Guild for about 200gil a piece. I moved up to making headbands called "Hachimaki." See "Hachimaki" to read about what i started to synth next. ^^
8 is note the level requirement its the level cap, you can attempt to make anything within 15 of you current skill I believe, but the closer you are to the skill cap the higher the odds of success are. Once you reach the cap you no longer will gain skill, but still have a chance of failure.
I at 4 (4.5 or something like that) and am using this one to go to 5. Its pretty simple in terms of ingredients. I'm worried though that to continue I'm going to need massive amounts of Saruta Cotton. Other than stealing it or killing Pygmaios, is there a harvesting point for this?
