Ok what does this mean Re-raise? I can't seem to use it on a fallen party member. Can anyone explain how I would use this? SOmeone was saying that you can only use it if the person has already died once in your group?????

Since the Charm Wand provides "Reraise" effects to a party memeber, you must use it on the party member before they have KOed which would work as a fail safe mechanism.
A party member that has had reraise cast upon them and goes KO will have the option to revive themselves without needing Raise to be cast on them.
Raise: Used on KOed PCs (player controlled characters) to revive them
Reraise: Used on PCs before they go KOed to allow them the option to be revived when they are KOed (will only last a certain amount of time)
The effects of reraise are not dependent on how many times that person has or has not died prior to it being cast on them.

Hehe I was able to get this wand on my first try after coaxing a newbie into doing the quest with me. San D'oria is a very male oriented town (IMO) and there aren't many female PCs there. So I was very lucky to find one. I didn't get a chance to get the +1 because I went away on vacation but having this item makes me feel special ^_^

i remember seein a galka wearin a dream robe with a vir. subligar (or maybe it was a zodiac subligar. i didnt hang around long enough to really see) running around giving ppl his 'blessings of love' with this wand :x
