I guess if you are a RDM who likes to solo or you're in something like Ballista or Dynamis this is okay. It's easy to get hurt in Dynamis, right? Anywho, if you like to solo as a RDM, this may be the cape fore you, but I'd prefer Red Cape +1 fpr the stats.
Don't forget WHM's that like to solo, silly :)
