How much did you buy it for? 2k? This is pretty crappy lol. Might be for the thf who needs more evasion but there are lots of better mantles out there.
I bought this off a lv 70 *** cuz I saw lv 70 item going for 2k. Boy did I regret that. This mantle really sucks and I don't see why anyone would use it.
