this works even if you dont have double attack but your hp has to be in orange for it to trigger

These are triggered when hp hits orange.
You have to already have double atk for them to work though.
The only way a Bouble attack buff works w/o war sub is if it says +1. %means that you have to already have it.

Does this only enhance "Double Attack" if you already have it, or would it also grant Double Attack to say, DRG/SAM or DRG/THF?
Just a Theory: maybe the latent effect is triggered by equiping the BCNM50 ring by the same name?
