Best non-EX scythe along with Triton's Scythe.
- Death & Death +1 have more base DMG and, that's it. (canceled out by the Enforcer's STR+)
- Tredecim is cheap and, that's it. (the 13th Crit Hit... can miss... doesn't work on Weapon Skills... I'm still trying to figure out how it is good)
