is this a conquest item or just a plain drop or craft item? sounds quite good for my whm with that extra hp and mp, this will definately be needed in dunes.....

Dude no... I'm lvling my red mage from one and he can use it... It's lvl 1. Trust me on this. It's annoying cuz it doesn't regen its effect. But still really cool for bragging rights.

I believe you may be thinking of the Signet Staff bc this is not a lvl 1 weapon and it doesnt have any effects that go away and would need to be recharged.
